Leicestershire and Rutland Association of Local Councils have
commissioned Landmark Planning to provide training on the current
and emerging planning system as part of the ‘Supporting Communities
in Planning’ project. Four sessions for town and parish councils are
planned during February and March 2012, including an all day event
in Anstey. The training will include sessions on how to effectively
influence local decision making, on localism, including neighbourhood
plans and on the emerging policy position with the draft National
Planning Policy Framework.
